This morning at 309am, Bunn FD was dispatched to a structure fire off Darius Pearce Rd

Bunn Engine 221 arrived first on scene, supported by mutual aid partners Hopkins and Rolesville.

Although nothing was showing upon arrival, fire crews quickly analyzed the situation and identified an active fire in the crawl space of the home.

The boys were up early at 448a in response to a fully involved structure fire

Engine 22 on scene in 6 minutes, LT Russel Mullen established command and crews quickly provided an aggressive fire attack to knock down. No injuries reported.

🚒 Structure Fire Response – 10:55 AM 🚒 At approximately 10:55 AM today, our department responded to a structure fire involving a mobile home

Despite icy road conditions, Bunn Engine 21 arrived first on scene and quickly initiated an aggressive attack under heavy fire. Additional arriving units completed a thorough primary search, confirming no victims were located.

We would like to thank our mutual aid partners Justice Fire, Youngsville Fire, and Pilot Fire for their assistance on scene, as well as EMS for their support.

This morning , multiple agencies collaborated to contain and extinguish a sizable woods fire off Bennett Perry Rd

The affected fire zone was estimated around 80-100 acres.

Bunn Fire led command for this incident, with strong support from Louisburg Fire, NC Forestry, Franklin Co Sheriffs office, and Franklin Co Emergency Management.

With utilization of aerial drones, our agencies were able to map and strategize the appropriate course of action.
